Registration Fee: £500, payable on instruction and deductible from final success fee.

Success Fee: 1% of purchase price, payable on conclusion of missives.

Renting a property

Registration Fee: £175, payable on instruction.

Success Fee: £500 or half of monthly rent, whichever is the greater, and payable on signing the tenancy agreement.
